How to request deletion
Participants may request deletion of their CPCI account and associated personal information by sending an email to:

What to include
To help us verify and process your request quickly, please include:
- Your registered full name as it appears in CPCI
- The WhatsApp/mobile number registered to your CPCI account
- Any additional details that can help confirm your identity
Verification
Conslytics may verify your identity before processing the request. This helps protect your information and prevent unauthorised deletion. We may contact you using the registered mobile/WhatsApp number if clarification is needed.
Processing time
After verification, eligible personal information will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period. Some information may be retained where required for legal, fraud prevention, security, accounting or other legitimate record-retention purposes.
Confirmation
Once your request has been processed, we will inform you by email or WhatsApp message at the contact details you provided.
