This service is operated by Conslytics and Conslytics Academy. The Conslytics Political Capability Index™ (CPCI) provides political capability assessments, certificates, AI-assisted capability guidance, personal capability reports, Academy programme recommendations and optional Political Strategist consultation.

2. Information we collect

We may collect and process information that you provide or that is generated through your use of CPCI, including:

• Name and contact details, including mobile/WhatsApp number
• District, constituency and political role or experience
• Party or organisational information, if voluntarily supplied
• Assessment answers, scores and generated capability profiles
• AI Advisor conversation history and report information
• Political Strategist consultation requests and related notes
• Technical and security logs required to operate and protect the service

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Conduct the political capability assessment and generate certificates and reports
• Personalise AI-assisted capability guidance and Academy recommendations
• Deliver WhatsApp and other service-related communications
• Maintain security, prevent fraud and protect participants
• Improve the service, features and participant experience
• Respond to consultation and support requests

4. Service providers

We work with trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf. These may include Meta/WhatsApp for messaging delivery, OpenAI for AI-assisted analysis, and Supabase and other hosting or infrastructure providers for data storage and processing. These providers are contractually bound to handle data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate safeguards.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We may share information only with service providers, where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of participants.

6. No guarantee of political outcome

CPCI information and guidance are not used to guarantee electoral success, party nomination, political office, campaign victory or any other political outcome.

7. Data retention

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, legal compliance and legitimate operational purposes. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention practices.

8. Your rights

Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by contacting us. We will verify identity before processing sensitive requests.

9. Security

We use appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, and participants should also take reasonable steps to protect their accounts and devices.

10. Children

The service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date will be shown at the top of the page, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
