Conslytics Political Capability Index™

Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 August 2026

1. About CPCI

The Conslytics Political Capability Index™ (CPCI) is a capability assessment and advisory service. It evaluates political capability dimensions based on participant responses, scoring methods and AI-assisted interpretation to produce informational and developmental guidance.

2. Informational purpose

CPCI results, reports, certificates, recommendations and AI-generated guidance are provided for informational and developmental purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee of electoral victory, nomination, appointment, party role, public office or any other political success.

3. Participant responsibilities

Participants must provide truthful and accurate information when using the service and must not misuse the platform, attempt to manipulate assessments, interfere with other users, or use CPCI outputs for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes.

4. Certificates and reports

Certificates, reports and other CPCI outputs remain subject to verification and applicable CPCI rules. Conslytics reserves the right to revoke, amend or refuse to issue any output where information is found to be inaccurate, fraudulent or otherwise in breach of these terms.

5. Service changes

Conslytics may update, suspend, improve or discontinue features of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to minimise disruption to active assessments and consultations.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the CPCI methodology, assessments, reports, certificates, branding, software and content belongs to Conslytics unless otherwise stated. Participants receive a limited right to use their own outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a separate commercial licence is agreed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conslytics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service or reliance on its outputs.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Conslytics operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date shown at the top of the page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
